Local farmer Dan Davies of Broneiddan organised a “Trip” each year for the benefit of all those persons who had helped him with his harvesting.
The charabanc in the photograph was the property of Messrs. Daniel Jones and Sons of Abergwili. This firm provided the local bus service in conjunction with Western Welsh Motors Ltd.
