The Club at Nantgaredig is a family run business, promoting an active lifestyle for all the family. and offers leisure facilities in a beautiful country setting.

The club is located 10 minutes from Carmarthen and is within 15 minutes of the M4.

Swimming Pool - The heated indoor swimming pool offers spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. There is also a splash pool for the children a spa pool, steam room and Jacuzzi in the pool area.Swimming lessons are offered to adults and children of all ages and abilities.

Gym - A fully air conditioned gym offers the latest cardio-vascular equipment and weight machines. Advice and help with exercise routines including general fitness is available.
