Carreglwyd, Nantgaredig (The Old Post Office) June 2002
The name Carreglwyd does not appear in the Parish Records or the UK Census of 1881.
Parish Records show that it was the village Post Office, with Asher Jeffrey as Postmaster in 1879.
Daniel Daniel aged 64 was Postmaster in 1893 and Herbert Daniel aged 48 was Postmaster in 1904.
After this latter date there is no further mention of the property.
Now a private residence.
