The Revd Phillip Johns, Vicar of Llanegwad for the last 15 years, retired at the end of February 2010 and has moved to Ferryside.

While the parish is without a replacement, the Area Dean, the Revd Cn. Roger Hughes will take care of the parishes.

Catalyst 2008

The Church in Wales hosted "Catalyst" at Carmarthen Showground on 5th July 2008 and Llanegwad's Vicar was in charge of Logistics. The event was a big success and it is hoped that it will be repeated in future years. A Press release can be seen at the Church in Wales website
